Lisa is responsible for business development in the Greater Danbury market area. She joined Fairfield County Bank in January 2006 as a Senior Mortgage Officer and was responsible for the origination of residential mortgage loans and home equity products as well as business development. With over nineteen years of banking experience, Lisa was previously a Business Development Officer at Union Savings Bank and Fleet Bank. She is a member of the Fairfield, Bethel, Danbury and Ridgefield Chambers of Commerce, Greater Danbury Board of Realtors, and Ridgefield Board of Realtors. Lisa's current community involvement includes the Bethel Schools Mentor Program, Bethel Parent & Teacher Organization, and United Way of Northern Fairfield County. She has served as the Bethel Schools Cultural Enrichment Chairperson, Treasurer of the Bethel Parent & Teacher Organization, and United Way Cabinet Member. Lisa has also been involved in the Bethel Business Partnership, Bethel Chapter of Business and Professional Women’s Group, and the American Institute of Banking as an Instructor. She attended Fairfield University.

Bill joined Fairfield County Bank in November 2006 and is responsible for new business development in Fairfield, Litchfield and New Haven counties.  He has held similar positions at NewMil Bank and CityTrust in Danbury.  Bill is actively involved in the community and currently serves as Co-Chairman of the Good Scout Council, is a member of the Sons of Italy, Amerigo Vespucci Lodge in Danbury and volunteers for Habitat for Humanity.  His past community involvement has included serving as Co-Chairman of the Housatonic/Shepaug United Way, volunteering for the United Way of Northern Fairfield County and member of the New Milford Lions Club. A graduate of Western Connecticut State University with a B.B.A., Bill also graduated from the New England School of Banking at Williams College.

 

KENNETH S. BERNHEIM

Kenneth joined the Bank in August 2005 and is responsible for new business development for Norwalk, Darien and the surrounding communities.  He was most recently an Assistant Vice President and Relationship Manager at Wachovia in White Plains and was previously a Financial Advisor at UBS Paine Webber in Stamford and Mt. Kisco. 
Kenneth holds NASD Series 7, 63, 65 registrations and Connecticut State Health, Variable and Life Insurance licenses.  He serves on the Board of Directors for the The Food Bank of Lower Fairfield County and the Norwalk Lacrosse Association.  Kenneth received a B.S. in Finance from Ithaca College.

Larry joined the Bank in February 2001 and is responsible for the Wilton market and surrounding communities. Earlier in his career, Larry was an Executive Vice President at CityTrust in Bridgeport and managed their Southern Division. He is currently the Director of United Way of Eastern Fairfield County and has served as Chairman of the Wilton Small Business Campaign for United Way of Norwalk & Wilton. Larry is a former member of the Board of Directors of Bridgeport Hospital and former Chairman of the Bridgeport Economic Development Corporation. He majored in Economics at Tufts University, is a graduate of the New England School of Banking at Williams College and the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers University.

Richard joined the Bank in September 2005 and leads the market initiatives for the Norwalk/Darien area. He was most recently a Senior Vice President at Bank of America and has held executive positions at Citigroup/Citibank and Bank of New York, where he completed the bank's credit training program. He is a four-time recipient of the CitiStar Award given to the top one-half percent of Citibank sales officers and a recipient of the Bank of America Excellence Award presented to the top one-half percent of Sales performers nationally in 2004. Richard received a B.A. in Political Science from Fairfield University and holds NASD Series 7 and 63 registrations as well as Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Bob joined the Bank in June 2004 after having served as Senior Vice President and Chief Lender at Hudson United Bank in Westport. His 30 years of banking experience also includes positions at Chase, Nutmeg Financial Services and CityTrust. Bob is the Director of the Connecticut Yankees and has served as Treasurer, Vice President, Chairman, and Director of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce, Director of the Bridgeport YMCA, and Director of the Fairfield County Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. He received a B.S. from Boston College.

Marge joined the Bank in May 2005 and is responsible for the Westport and Fairfield markets.  With an extensive banking career, Ms. Fidaleo was most recently a Business Development Officer at Hudson United Bank and has held Sales Manager positions at Lafayette Bank and Fairfield First Bank.  She is currently a member of the Fairfield, Westport and Norwalk Chambers of Commerce and is the recipient of numerous sales awards.

With over 23 years of commercial lending experience, Terry joined the Bank in September of 2002.  She is responsible for new business development for Fairfield, Westport and the surrounding communities.  Terry is currently a member of the Norwalk and Westport Chambers of Commerce and has served on the Board of the Entrepreneurial Woman's Network and the Network of Executive Women. Terry's involvement within the community includes The Norma F. Pfriem Breast Care Center in Fairfield, CancerCare of Norwalk, and STAR, Inc., Lighting the Way in Norwalk.

Pete joined the Bank in February 2000 and is responsible for new business development and management of a diversified base of business clients located in Greater Fairfield County. During his career, Pete has worked at various banks in lower Fairfield County. He is a member of the Norwalk Chamber of Commerce where he has served on the Board of Directors and is involved in the Home Builders and Remodelers Association of Fairfield County. Pete also actively participates in fundraising events for the Family and Children's Agency and the Housatonic Habitat for Humanity. He is a past member of the Norwalk Seaport Association's Finance and Annual Dinner Committees. Pete earned a B.S. from the University of Connecticut School of Business.

Dennis Horan of Riverside, CT, joined Fairfield County Bank in 2008 as a Vice President, Senior Commercial Lender and is located at the Bank’s Wall Street office at 67 Wall Street in Norwalk, CT.  Mr. Horan was most recently a Vice President/Portfolio Manager at Citibank in New York City, managing a $100 million portfolio, and has held positions at Wachovia and Carver Federal Savings Bank also in NYC.  While at Wachovia Mr. Horan completed the Bank’s credit training program and while at Carver he was recognized as a two time recipient of Producer of the Year award.  In addition, he was the recipient of numerous sales awards for business development positions, including Rookie of the Year while at Pagenet, and Top Producer Club while at Cityscape Mortgage. Here at Fairfield County Bank, Mr. Horan is responsible for the Stamford market commercial mortgages up to $10 million; business lines of credit up to $3 million as well as SBA loans.  He holds a BS in Marketing and a MS in Finance both from Mercy College.  He is a former Literacy Volunteer of America Westchester Chapter; a former volunteer for Letters to Santa sponsored by the US Postal Service as well as a former volunteer for one full year reading to Kindergarteners

 

ALLISON KNAPP

Allison joined the Bank in June 2004 and has an extensive background in commercial lending including real estate investments as well as an array of business transactions. Her previous employers include Heller Financial and Chemical Bank amongst other local commercial institutions. She is primarily responsible for business development in Westport, Fairfield and the surrounding communities. Allison received a “Top Seller” award in her first year at the Bank. Her community involvement includes the Fairfield County Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the American Heart Association, and the American Cancer Society. She is also a member of the Westport and Fairfield Chambers of Commerce. Allison received a B.A. in Economics from Fairfield University and completed Chemical Bank's Financial Management Training Program.

CHARLES KROLIDES

Charles is an Executive Vice President of the Commercial Lending Department. Charles joined the Bank in 1994 and has over 30 years of banking experience. Earlier in his career, Charles served as President of Whitney Bank & Trust and was a Senior Lending Officer at Great Country Bank. He is a Director of the Housatonic Industrial Corporation and a past Director of the Danbury Industrial Corporation, where he was also a member of the Executive Committee. Charles is a member of the Finance Committee of St. Joseph’s Church in Shelton. His past professional associations include serving on the Board of Bridgeport’s North End Boys & Girls Club and the Board of the Danbury YMCA. In addition, Charles has been involved in various United Way campaigns. A graduate of Marshall University with a BBA in Banking and Finance, Mr. Krolides also earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Connecticut.

Glen joined the Bank in August 2004 bringing over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry to his position. He is responsible for covering the Greater Norwalk market. Glen is a member of the Norwalk Exchange Club, Norwalk Catholic Club and Shorehaven Golf Club and serves as President of the Norwalk Aquatic Club. He is also a former director of the Norwalk Kiwanis Club. Glen received a BBA in Finance from Iona College and completed Chemical Bank's Commercial Credit Training Program.

Joyce joined the Bank in January 1996 after lengthy service with the former Union Trust Co. She is responsible for managing community relations activities and donations. Her extensive community involvement includes serving on Boards of Directors, Finance Committees, Advisory Boards and as a member of numerous organizations including the Town of Ridgefield 300th Anniversary Committee, Danbury Health Systems, Ridgefield Symphony Orchestra Endowment, United Way of Northern Fairfield County, Keeler Tavern Endowment Trust, Hanahoe Clinic, Wadsworth R. Lewis Trust Fund, Ridgefield Meals on Wheels, Visiting Nurse Association (VNA), Ridgefield Playhouse, Ridgefield Senior Center, Ridgefield Lions Club, Ridgefield Family Fourth Committee and Friends of the Ridgefield Library. Joyce has been honored by several organizations for her hard work and dedication. Joyce is a graduate of The New England School of Banking at Williams College Management School. 

 

SUE MANNING

Sue joined the Bank in January 1998 after having served as First Selectman for the Town of Ridgefield from 1987 to 1997.
She is located at the Bank’s Main Office at 150 Danbury Road and is responsible for the acquisition and retention of key commercial accounts.  In addition, Sue serves as a liaison to local municipalities for business development. She is involved in numerous community organizations including serving as a member and in board or advisory positions for such organizations as the Ridgefield VNA, Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce, Ridgefield Rotary Club, Ridgefield Theater Barn, Ridgefield Republican Committee, Ridgefield Community Foundation, Ridgefield Business Development Exchange, Friends of the Ridgefield Library, Ridgefield Family Fourth Committee, Senior Initiative Forum, United Way, and Danbury Hospital. Sue is currently the chairman of the Town of Ridgefield 300th Anniversary Committee. She has been honored by the Ridgefield Jaycees and Ridgefield Rotary Club as Citizen of the Year and by the Ridgefield Chamber of Commerce as Volunteer of the Year. Sue is a graduate of DePauw University.

Greg joined the Bank in November 2004 following small business banking positions with The Bank of New York and JP Morgan Chase where he completed the Management Development Program. With ten years of banking experience, Greg is responsible for the Ridgefield market and surrounding communities. A graduate of Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business, Greg earned a Master's degree from Fordham University with a dual concentration in Finance and Management. He is a current member of the Builder's Association of Hudson Valley and a past member of the Bronx-Manhattan Board of Realtors.

Bill joined the Bank in September 2006 and leads the new commercial market initiatives for the Danbury, Bethel and New Milford area. In addition, he supervises the Bank's commercial activities in Wilton and Ridgefield.  With 35 years of industry experience, Bill was most recently Executive Vice President/Senior Lender at NewMil Bank in Danbury and was previously Executive Vice President/Chief Lending Officer at Nutmeg Federal Savings & Loan Association in Danbury.  His community involvement includes various positions with United Way of Northern Fairfield County including Director and Executive Committee member; Board Member and Finance Committee Chairman for Amos House; Trustee of the Keeler Tavern Endowment and Chairman of the Endowment Committee; Co-Chairman of the Good Scout Award Luncheon and volunteer/fund raiser for Housatonic Habitat for Humanity. Bill is the 2001 recipient of the “News-Times” Forest Palmer Award for Community Service in the Greater Danbury Area. A graduate of the University of Denver with a B.S.B.A., Bill also earned an M.B.A in Finance from the University of Bridgeport.

 

JOHN STRIPP

John is a seasoned commercial lender with experience at several Connecticut community banks. He is responsible for business lending to middle market companies. John is Director of the Weston Kiwanis Club, member and former Treasurer of the Cedar Point Yacht Club, serves on the Advisory Board for the USS Glacier Restoration Foundation and is a member of the Westport Chamber of Commerce serving as Ambassador. He has received numerous awards and special recognition from the Connecticut Realtors Association, American Lung Association, Connecticut Fund for the Environment, Town of Weston and Connecticut House Republicans. John received a B.S. in Engineering from Pratt Institute, M.S. in Management from Columbia University and completed the Senior Bank Executive Program at Harvard University. He has served in the United States Air Force and New York Air National Guard. John is also the Assistant Minority Leader for the Connecticut Legislature and was recently elected Chairman of the Republican House Bill Screening Committee. He is a member of the following Legislative Committees: Appropriations, Commerce, Banking (former Ranking member) and is a former Ranking member of the Labor Committee.

Bob joined the Bank in March 2006 and is responsible for developing business with Legal, Accounting and Healthcare professionals. He previously held the positions of Group Vice President/Area Sales Manager and Relationship Manager with Citibank’s Commercial Banking Group.  Bob holds NASD Series 7 and 63 registrations, is licensed to sell life, accident and health insurance, and received formal credit training from Manufacturers Hanover Trust.  His military service includes two years of active duty in the U.S. Army and 20 years in the U.S. Army Reserves from which he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel.  Bob received diplomas from the National Defense University and the U.S. Army Command & General Staff College and completed the Civil Affairs Officer Career Course.  He also earned a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio State University and an M.S. in Banking and Money Management from Adelphi University.

BRIAN WILLIAMS

Brian joined the Bank in May 2006 and is responsible for structuring corporate financing transactions with a specific focus on Commercial, Manufacturing, Industrial, and Professional Service companies with an equipment financing or other credit need. For the majority of his career Brian has specialized in commercial equipment financing. He was most recently a Vice President of Corporate Banking at Bank of Ireland and has held District Sales Management positions with GE and the CIT Group. Brian’s professional affiliations have included ELA (Equipment Leasing Association), EAEL (Eastern Association of Equipment Lessors) and AFP (Association for Financial Professionals). His community involvement has included participation in various fund raising activities for United Way, Americares and the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Brian received a B.A. in Political Science from Ithaca College, School of Humanities and Sciences.
SHARI L. WILLIAMS

Shari joined Fairfield County Bank in September 2006 as Vice President, Commercial Lender and Credit Officer, and was appointed Vice President, Small Business Lending in April 2007. She is responsible for the development and management of the small business lending activities for the Bank. Shari brings to her position a well-rounded background in commercial finance which favorably contributes to her ability to effectively manage the financing and banking needs unique to small businesses. Prior to joining the Bank, Shari was Senior Vice President, Risk Management at SL Financial Services (a subsidiary of LBBW Financial Group) in Westport. Earlier in her career, she held the position of Vice President, Capital Markets at Lyon Credit Corp. (a subsidiary of Credit Lyonnais) in Stamford, and previous to that, Commercial Credit Manager at Phoenixcor Financial Services, Inc. in Norwalk. Shari earned a B.A. in Economics and an MBA in Finance from Fairfield University. She is located at the Bank’s Ridgefield office at 150 Danbury Road.
CHUCK WOERNER

Chuck joined the Bank in November 2006  and is responsible for new business development in lower Fairfield County. With over 25 years of industry experience, he most recently held a similar position at NewMil Bank in Norwalk. A graduate of George Washington University with a B.A in Economics and History, Chuck is a member of the Greater Norwalk Chamber of Commerce.  His community involvement includes serving as Chairman of the Monroe Historic Development Commission and coaching Little League in Monroe.
